Building products for start-ups has always been exciting to me. It requires you to step outside your job role and build things to help the company grow faster. I love dabbling with marketing and growth hacking every now-and-then. It's a good chance to study our users and see what makes them happy. Projects that have strong metrics to chase and require crunching figures on a weekly basis is something I love. Super required us to run a whole lot of side projects that were set up solely to bring in more growth. Product hacks, online campaigns, social events... the whole lot.
